After many years doing additions, remodels, and flips, Adam decided to build custom homes. The time Adam spent refurbishing old homes was very valuable our perspective of new home building. He saw the long term effects of things done correctly, and consequently, incorrectly. Building a quality new home has more to do with the knowledge and integrity of the builder, and the sub contractors employed, than the appearance of the home.
We don’t just build a beautiful home, but a well constructed home.
We are full service custom home builder, taking you through our design and selection process, allowing you to select every customized detail of the home if you so choose. As you select tiles, and flooring, cabinet design features, paint colors, and hardware, your house comes together in a uniquely beautiful way, specifically built to your taste.

THE PROCESS
We frame all of the floor systems, the walls, the stairs, and the trusses, in our climate controlled factory in Wausau, Wisconsin.
Laser located square framing!
All of our walls are 2x6 walls, the exterior walls have OSB, Tyvek wrap, and windows of your manufacturer choice installed prior to shipping. All of the framing is then placed on flatbed semi trailers, shipped to site, and erected within days. No weather delays, no setbacks for framing issues, personnel or material issues.
We schedule your “set day” at the signing of contract, prep the site, and are ready to go when the crew, crane, and trucks show up.

Adam is committed to ensuring we make your dream home a possibility. He has more than 25 years of experience in building and manufacturing. The combination of his hands on experience, and many other skills, led him to the foundation of Campbell Custom Homes. He loves to get to know the families he builds for to ensure their custom home is built just they way they like. In his free time he loves music, and is a part of the worship band at Grace Community Church. He is a father of 5 boys and loves to be outdoors.
BETH CAMPBELL
OFFICE MANAGER
An educator by trade, she uses her organizational skills to help keep communication open and flowing between customers ensuring their dreams become a reality. In her free time Beth loves gardening, traveling and spending time with all her boys.

We celebrate with you
Set days are not just an awesome process, its an awesome experience. We don’t just have a set day, we have a set day party! We invite the customer's friends and family, we have vendors and reps present, and we make room for future customers too. There is food and drinks, cranes and crews, trucks moving in and out, as we unload and assemble. It is an experience like no other, while you literally watch your house go up before your eyes.

THE PROCESS
As the crane loads each individual floor section across the basement foundation, the truck carrying the walls is directly behind them. The floor is an exact replica of the CATIA model from the factory, and as each wall is placed in its exact factory location, we move onto the stairs, second level floors, and roof trusses. All going up today!
The following days are filled with roof sheeting and tie downs inside. We can generally complete a build to dry in within 5-7 days regardless of size.
What makes the speed such an asset?
Quality and accuracy makes for efficiency. Planning in advance, and executing over a few days, saves not only time, but money. Adam had a friend start a luxury build before we opened our business. He was still building that home when we started our first luxury home. His build took him nearly three years to complete, and framing alone took almost four months. We finished our luxury home in just under 10 months. We could run the numbers on how much interest was spent on a construction loan for the magnitude of the homes we are talking about, but you run the figures based on your own level of build. Either way, 10 months verses 3 years of interest payments is a lot. A whole lot. Especially in today's high interest rate economy.
